Abstract

The features small and medium business in the Russian Federation is discussed.The main difference between Russian businesses from the western business - is the lack of a tradition that it was impossible to appear in the planned economy of the Soviet Union.If on the west small and medium enterprises are appeared as a result of the accumulation of the initial capital and bank lending, in Russia – as a result of privatization of state property in the interests of individuals.Attention is addressing on the pain points of state economy and private entrepreneurship of our days, when the country is experiencing an unprecedented economic recession.
