Abstract

The constitution of any state performs a unique role, serves as the basis for building national legal system, the legal criterion values of society, ensuring protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Along with this constitution is valid under the conditions of dynamic changes and the complexity of social relations requires that all subjects of law with respect to the approval of its rule of law and other legal acts.
