Abstract

deals with improving the quality and accessibility of public services for the population through multifunctional centres. Proceeding from specificity of services is determined by the list of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the multifunctional center. Based on the theory of queueing systems is developed simulation model of the interaction of the basic indicators of activity of the multifunctional centers with the use of mechanisms of electronic interaction between all participants.
