Abstract

In the article are given: the analysis of conceptual categories connected with the institution of limited sanity; Statistical data on the prevalence of mental disorders among people who lead criminal lives; the main signs and types of mental disorders that do not exclude sanity. The procedural problems of identifying and accounting for mental abnormalities during the investigation of a criminal case, etc., are disclosed.
