Problems in state and municipal purchases: analytics of service quality, causes of problems, possible solutions

Abstract

The article analyzes the development of the system of state and municipal purchases in the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the recent problems in the implementation of state and municipal procurement, and in some cases, ways to resolve the current problem are considered. The main problems in the procurement system of Vladimir municipality are considered, and possible solutions for solving these problems are suggested.
