Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of strikes as a form of radicalization of the illegal actions of workers in Russia in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. On the basis of an analysis of anti-strike legislation and records of records management, the author reconstructs the activities of the authorities with regard to strikes, determines the policy of the government on the working question.
