Abstract

the article highlights the issues of legal regulation of the activity of heads of the organizations in the Russian Federation, their role and functions in the management of a legal entity. We described the problems connected with dual regulation of activity of these persons in details, and offered the solution at the legislative level. In addition, the authors propose the creation of a new body that will help improve the situation of heads of organizations, providing new social guarantees and a new insurance system for this category of workers.
