Foresight as a method of strategic planning (using the example of the Murom district)

Abstract

the conceptual apparatus of foresight as a method and tool of strategic planning is revealed. Foresight is proposed as the basic tool of the project, which allows to declare Murom County as the flagship project "City of Great Opportunities". The concept of a creative city is proposed from the point of view of the formation of the urban environment as a center of spiritual and cultural revival based on Renaissance ideas. The formation of the Murom agglomeration is substantiated.
