Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the historical processes accompanying the emergence and development of artificial intelligence (AI). Today, AI has become a mature technology and an increasingly important part of modern life, but its future is uncertain, with the potential for both higher growth and decline. Reflections on history can give a glimpse of its future. Starting with fundamental definitions and drawing on the historical context, an attempt is made to summarize the evolution of AI, present periods of AI development, and describe the current growth of interest in AI.
