Abstract

Based on statistical data, the article analyzes the standard of living of the population of the Vladimir region in the period of four post-war decades. A significant improvement in the quality of life of the population is recorded at that time. The purchase of durable items becomes much more affordable. The growing income of the population affects the structure of nutrition. The significant growth of housing construction leads to higher rates of provision of citizens with square meters of housing.
