Abstract

статья посвящена актуальным вопросам правового регулирования предоставления государственных услуг Росреестра в электронном виде. В статье проведен анализ законодательства по данной тематике. Рассмотрены проекты и программы, реализующиеся Росреестром в направлении совершенствования процесса предоставления государственных услуг, выделены проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются заявители при получении государственных услуг Росреестра в электронном виде, и предложены меры по их устранению. Annotation: The article is devoted to topical issues of legal regulation of the provision of public services of the Rosreestr in digital form. The article analyzes the legislation on this topic. The projects and programs implemented by the Rosreestr in the direction of improving the process of providing public services are considered, the problems faced by applicants when receiving Rosreestr public services in electronic form are highlighted and measures to eliminate them are proposed.
