Abuse of the right with a foreign element in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article deals with one of the pressing issues of private international law – the problem of abuse of law. The norms of Russian legislation aimed at solving the problem of abuse of the right of participants in international private law relations are analyzed. It is noted that despite its inherent importance, this legal phenomenon has not found its legal consolidation in the legislation, and therefore a number of solutions to the problem have been proposed.
