The place of artificial intelligence in criminal law: present and future

Abstract

The study examines the role of artificial intelligence in the commission of crimes; investigates who should be prosecuted for crimes committed by AI. The possibility of considering AI as a subject of a crime is assessed. In conclusion, there is a conclusion about the need to change and supplement the Russian criminal legislation in the field of the use of AI technologies.
