Topical Issues of Liability of State and Municipal Employees in the Russian Federation

Abstract

This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the provisions of the legislation in terms of the liability of state and municipal employees. The paper studies the norms of labor legislation concerning the procedure and grounds for bringing state and municipal employees to responsibility. Conclusions were drawn regarding the effectiveness of the methods currently taking place in the legislation, as well as actual gaps that are currently taking place in the legislative framework.
