Current issues of inheritance

Abstract

this article is devoted to the actual problems of inheritance of land plots as objects of land legal relations. The work analyzed the norms of the legislative framework of the Russian Federation concerning inheritance law and land law. Characteristic problems were identified and solutions were proposed.
