Information concept of the open municipality

Abstract

the article examines the problem of social dialogue between municipal authorities and civil society actors. The features and specifics of PR in local governments are described. Proposals are presented to ensure the openness of municipalities. It is concluded that the activities of PR services are designed to promote the development of democracy, openness of government and the expansion of public awareness.
