The problem of implementing labor guarantees for participants in a special military operation: current state and prospects

Abstract

This article reviews the development of labor law norms that regulate labor relations with employees performing combat missions in the zone of a special military operation in perspective, labor guarantees of military personnel existing in the current legislation are listed and analyzed, as well as the main problems of implementing labor guarantees for this category of workers are listed. The authors outline the main directions of the state's activities to eliminate them.
