On the issue of maintenance and current repairs of common property in apartment buildings

Abstract

This article is devoted to current issues related to tariff regulation of housing services in apartment buildings. The authors analyzed the current regulatory framework governing this issue, during which legal gaps were identified on such issues as current repairs and maintenance of common property in apartment buildings and effective solutions were proposed.
