Abstract

The article examines conflict issues of liability of realtors for improper performance of the contract for the provision of realtor services. The legal guarantees of the buyer when making a transaction with the participation of a real estate specialist and the role of the realtor in the transaction, his duties and guarantees of their fulfillment are analyzed.
