Abstract

Crediting of legal and physical persons is one of the priority areas of banking activity. Despite a rather high level of credit risk, Russian banks are actively looking for partners in the sphere of credit relations, to solve mutually beneficial tasks. Hence, the need for clear legal regulation of credit and contractual relations, and high requirements to the quality of the contractual work.
