Abstract

The core aspect, which focuses the author of the article are particularly the legal responsibility of public servants as defined in Art. 10 of the Federal law "On the system of state service in the Russian Federation". Analyzing different types of accountability of public servants, the author has a direct impact on their effectiveness with sanctions that can be applied to a public servant in connection with the Commission of certain offenses. With an emphasis on the imperfection of the existing system of attracting public servants accountable, primarily disciplinary, due to the fact that the archaism of the existing types of liability this category of persons is not possible to change the present in society the atmosphere of tolerance for violations in this area.
