Is there a specific list of documents long-term strategic planning, or it's still understanding “Each individual strategy"? As should be integrated municipal programs with regional strategies? Should regions continue to monitor the economy as a weatherman for the weather? Or start to manage the economy? The article focuses on regional strategic planning, its financial security and attachment to the budget process. As well as on the integration of national goals and objectives with the goals and objectives of each individual.
