Abstract

The article considers a general description of the pre-trial procedure in the criminal justice. The article examines two components of the pre-trial procedure (initiation of criminal case and introductory investigation). The statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for 2014-2015 are considered in the article.
