РОЛЬ МУНИЦИПАЛЬНО-ЧАСТНОГО ПАРТНЕРСТВА В УСЛОВИЯХ ФИНАНСОВОЙ НЕСТАБИЛЬНОСТИ БЮДЖЕТОВ

Abstract

The article analyzes public-private partnership, its history, the development of municipal public-private partnership regulations in the Russian Federation, and municipalities’ empowerment under the Federal Law No. 224 of July 13, 2015. New opportunities provided in the legislation are proposed to refine the municipal public-private partnership system at municipalities’ level. This will enable to use all budgeting possibilities more effectively in the present state of economic conditions.
