Abstract

the purpose of this research is to identify unique aspects of the formation process of the essential features of the Russian intellectuals «intelligentsia»; its influence on both legal awareness and legal culture, as well as on the concept of justice. Within the given context, the author presents own interpretation of such rather complex and ambiguous terms as «intelligentsia», «social», «social treatment», and «legal awareness».
