Abstract

The article examines the social partnership institutionalization issues in the Russian Federation in modern times. The problem of the compliance of the currently operating social partnership institution with the emerging realities is studied. It is argued that in view of the current recession it is necessary to revise the existing norms, the status of all actors of the social partnership system, and the responsibility of all parties.
