Abstract

Legal nihilism is relevant at all times, but now it has reached its limit of sharpness - the legal nihilism is booming as never before. The aim of the work is to study and consider ways to overcome legal nihilism, but also in the complex, systemic, practical, theoretical analysis of legal nihilism, as the negative sociopsychological phenomenon, conducted in accordance with modern empirical materials and offer mechanisms to overcome it. Today there is a clear situation where the laws are openly ignored, violated, are not implemented, they do not appreciate, do not respect. Legal nihilism in the field of human rights and freedoms, as a form of justice deformation, at the present stage of development of Russia performs phenomenon, negative impact on the rule of law, public order, development of positive personality activity. The range of forms of manifestation of legal nihilism in this field is very wide: from the belief in the impossibility of real use and the protection of law-guaranteed rights and freedoms, to the belief in the possibility of impunity for human rights violations.
