Abstract

the article deals with the issue of the definition of «law enforcement service». The authors, in assessing the place of law enforcement service in the public service of the Russian Federation, relate the concept of «law enforcement», «law enforcement», «law enforcement». Given the complexity of determining the circle of bodies, services and institutions that fall under the signs of law enforcement service, the authors use production of urgent investigative actions, by defining a specific list of bodies belonging to the judicial service.
