Abstract

The relevance of the article due to the importance of the role of legal services, as well as mechanisms of their regulation. The purpose of the article - to analyze the mechanisms of regulation of legal services, as well as to see how they affect the quality of these services. The implementation of the tasks has been achieved with the help of general scientific (dialectical analysis, synthesis) and chastnonauchnogo practices (formal and legal, comparative legal). The authors conclude that the quality of the qualified legal services each year develops, there are new mechanisms that affect the growth of all branches of law in general. Often grown rights are intertwined, that makes many lawyers who work in one grown right to expand their circle of knowledge and to continue to provide quality legal services. At the same time the legislator should pay special attention to the laws that create confusion in the society that makes people often seek the help of lawyers.
