Progress in human capital in Russia by financing the higher education

Abstract

The article describes the impact of developing higher education on the living standards of the people of the region. Describes the level of higher education in the Russian regions. In the article is given the analyses of the relationship of higher education institutions in the regions of Russia and the spread of the middle class there. Econometric study to test the hypotheses have been conducted. The impact of budget expenditure has also been studied on human capital development in Russia.
