Legal regulation of the higher education system at federal and regional level

Abstract

The article analyzes the normative legal acts regulating the system of higher education. Analyzed Federal legislation and legislative acts of the Vladimir region, defining the state policy in science and education. Great attention is paid to the analysis of state programs, which aim to improve the quality of higher education.
