Abstract

In the article the author touches upon the issue connected with the necessity of legal regulation of the crypto currency. The author, highlighting the reasons for the popularity of digital currencies, drew attention to their vulnerability in terms of the possibility of using in financing criminal structures and suggested possible measures to improve the financial instruments under consideration.
