Forensic issues at the conclusion of pretrial agreement on cooperation

Abstract

in the article the author’s collective touches upon the problems of change of criminological situation at the conclusion of the pre-trial cooperation agreement. The author’s team considered various variants of possible forensic situations and proposed a list of investigative versions that require mandatory verification at the conclusion of a pre-trial cooperation agreement.
