Forming the competitiveness of municipal education based on improving the quality of staff of municipal employees

Abstract

The article examines the issues of increasing the competitiveness of municipalities on the basis of improving the skills of municipal employees. The factor of competitiveness in the modern world is quite large. The presence of competitive advantages, the formation of a competitive environment largely determines the vector of the development of the municipal formation. The presence of competitive advantages, formed historically, does not always allow the municipal formation to withstand the competition of those municipalities that do not have these advantages. A purposeful local community policy, the quality of human potential, institutional environment in many respects influence the level of competitiveness of the municipality. The author believes that one of the main conditions for increasing the competitiveness of a municipal formation is the qualitative composition of municipal employees.
