In the article, based on practical work, the experience of the municipal entity “Sudogodsky District” on implementing the policy of interaction with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the formation of the “business incubator” support infrastructure is given, taking into account the prospects for the development of non-financial support measures within the said institution. This article reflects the main stages of building relationships with the business community through the development of the Business Incubator of the Sudogodsky District, where the prospects for the transition to project management and support organization and prospective spheres for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through expanding the range of services are disclosed.
