The actual tasks of the formation and implementation of projects encourage us to consider the content of mental models of this category such as project management, identify trends in the development of key areas in this area, understand the specifics of the life cycle of the project task and classify the projects themselves. In addition, it is of interest to identify the advantages of the project approach to management and to give distinctive features of project and process management.
