Abstract

the Article is devoted to the topic of the formation of criminal liability for leaving the place of an accident, the evolution of legislation in this area. The legal conflict arising in law enforcement practice is considered. The author presents the international experience existing in a number of countries aimed at combating the abandonment of the road accident.
