Project group or project team?

Abstract

Project management is focused on the creation of a temporary enterprise in the form of a project group, which is often called the project team, although the group and the team do not coincide in all characteristics. In order to identify and compare these categories, this paper analyzes the practice of applying the guidelines to the Code of Knowledge on project management and the structure of so-called stakeholders in project management, as well as the main approaches to team building in organizations.
