The role of the regional Public Chambers in regional strategic planning process in Central Federal District

Abstract

The article analyzes the strategies of socio-economic development of the regions of the central Federal District. It was established that the participation of civil society institutions in strategic planning processes can be assessed as extremely uneven, characterized by the absence of mechanisms for the participation of civil society institutions in the implementation of strategies and evaluation of the results of the implementation of strategies. Based on the results of the analysis, a rating has been compiled for the degree of involvement of civil society institutions in strategic planning processes.
