Abstract

This article discusses the aspects of working with citizens' appeals in state and municipal authorities. Currently, a lot of women hold such positions. Work with citizens is characterized by increased complexity and the possibility of a stressful situation. The author points out that women are more stress-resistant and therefore can productively perform their functions.
