About some directions of improvement of the legislation on combating corruption in the Russian Federation

Abstract

Corruption hinders the economic development of States. The fight against corruption has become one of the main national priorities. In the article, the authors come to the conclusion that it is impossible to ensure effective implementation of anti-corruption policy at the state level, without taking into account the experience of foreign countries. However, not all foreign practices should be implemented in Russian legislation.
