On some problems of legal regulation of collective activity

Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the Federal Law № 230-FZ of July 3, 2016 "On the Protection of Rights and Legal Interests of Individuals in the Activities for Return of Arrears and on Amendments to the Federal Law" On Microfinance Activities and Microfinance Organizations". It is noted that certain provisions of this law are sufficiently declarative in nature and need to be improved. At the same time, the return of collectors to the legal field is recognized as an unequivocally positive moment.
