Abstract

the generally dangerous method of committing a crime is examined as a qualifying feature of a number of offenses fixed by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Special Part). Based on the analysis of criminal legislation, clarifications of the highest court and a number of scientific positions, a definition of a generally dangerous method of committing a crime is formulated. The question of conscious infection as one of the types of generally dangerous crime is raised.
