Abstract

The article deals with the burning issues of people's conservation in the conditions of the spread of COVID 19 coronavirus. A hypothesis is put forward - whether it is possible to stop the pandemic, the factors that provoke the formation of mutations or the appearance of mutant genes are analyzed and the Vladimir region is used as an example to assess measures to protect the population from coronavirus.
