Measures to prevent illegal behavior

Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of prevention of illegal behavior. These phenomena, as we know, exist in every country without exception. In order to prevent, counteract and eradicate these phenomena, the rule of law sets these tasks for itself, creates institutions, selects methods and performs other actions that contribute to the fight against illegal behavior and crime in General. In different countries, as we know, there are different ways and means, methods for preventing and countering offenses. It is worth saying that by choosing the right tools and methods, the fight against such a phenomenon as an offense will be more effective. There are many areas of this assistance, in turn, this article examines the study of the characteristics of the offender's personality, as well as the very attitude of the individual to what he does or has already done once.
