Private security organizations in the Russian Federation: concept, legal basis and problems

Abstract

The article is devoted to private security organizations, which are a rapidly expanding industry, the role of which in Russia should be understood in the context of the fundamental changes that have occurred in the security situation. In the context of improving the effective system of protection of property and citizens and the execution of contracts, the private sector is given the choice of applying to state or non-state organizations that are ready to provide a high-quality service in the field of protection.
