Specific features and characteristic features of crime of minors

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of juvenile delinquency. This problem is one of the most serious in our society. "The younger generation of Russians is most susceptible to negative social influences that exist in society, since it does not yet possess firm ideological principles and attitudes." The significant role played by juvenile delinquency in the general structure of crime, as well as the need to identify legal problems in the prevention of juvenile delinquency and improve the current legislation governing the specifics of administrative, criminal responsibility and punishment applied to minors.
