About some problems of application of the administrative contract in the Russian Federation

Abstract

This article examines the administrative contract as a special method of legal regulation. The place and role of the administrative contract in the theory of administrative law is determined. After analyzing the practice of this category, the main problems are identified. In order to achieve the effectiveness of public administration, the process of improving the current legislation in the field of the institute of administrative contract is proposed.
