On the implementation of some amendments in the sphere of providing state and municipal services in the Russian Federation

Abstract

авторами статьи проанализированы основные проблемы реализации принятых поправок в сфере предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг. На наш взгляд, необходимо инициировать изменения касаемо передачи государственных полномочий по предоставлению услуг негосударственным организациям, а также получения государственных и муниципальных услуг в электронной форме. Соответственно рассматриваемые проблемы требуют разрешения на законодательном уровне. Annotation: the authors of the article analyze the main problems of implementing the adopted amendments in the provision of state and municipal services. In our opinion, it is necessary to initiate changes regarding the transfer of state powers to provide services to non-governmental organizations, as well as the receipt of state and municipal services in electronic form. Accordingly, the problems under consideration need to be resolved at the legislative level.
