Abstract

в статье конфликтный потенциал государственной службы рассматривается в тесной взаимосвязи с конфликтами государственной сферы, анализируется система отношений, составляющих конфликтный потенциал государственной службы. Приводятся принципы принятия управленческих решений при урегулировании конфликтных ситуаций и механизмы управления конфликтным потенциалом на государственной службе. Annotation: the article considers the conflict potential of the civil service in close relationship with the conflicts of the public sphere, analyzes the system of relations that make up the conflict potential of the civil service. The principles of managerial decision-making in the settlement of conflict situations and mechanisms for managing conflict potential in the public service are given.
